Cake Pricing and Information:

Tiered Cake Pricing:
Tiered Fondant covered cake prices start at $4.50 per serving
with a minimum order of 25 servings.

Buttercream only tiers start at $3.50 per serving.


3 Dimensional Sculpted Cake Pricing:
All sculpted cakes are carved and/or molded by hand, there are no specialty pans used. Prices Start at $5.00 per serving with a minimum order of 25 servings.
There is an additional charge for fondant covering.
Price will be given at the time design has been decided upon.


“Gift Cake” Pricing:
Fondant covered “gift cake” starts at $3.50 per serving with a minimum order of 15 servings. With fondant topper add $5.00.

Package cake prices start at $2.50 per serving with a minimum order of 15 servings. With fondant topper add $5.00.

2 Dimensional Cake Pricing:
Fondant covered prices Start at $3.50 per serving
with a minimum order of 25 servings.

Buttercream only prices start at $2.50 per serving.


Groom’s Cake Pricing:
Grooms cake prices vary based on design. They can be as traditional as a simple sheet cake, or square tiers or a sculpted cake.
Price will be given once a design has been decided upon.

Chocolate dipped strawberries (or tuxedo strawberries) can be added for an additional cost of $1.50 per strawberry with a minimum order of 15.


Sheet Cake Pricing:
Sheet cakes are frosted in buttercream and have a piped border.
Design options are sprinkles and/or drizzled frosting in colors of your choice
and a written (piped) message on top.

1/4 Sheet Cake (1 layer, 9x13 and feeds up to 22) $30.00
1/2 Sheet Cake (1 layer, 11x15 and feeds up to 30) $40.00
Full Sheet Cake (1 layer, 12x18 and feeds up to 36) $50.00

Other Pricing Details:
Individual hand-made fondant figures and bows start out at $5.00 each
depending on size and detail.

Fresh flowers pricing is based on flower type and availability by season.

Artificial flowers are also an additional cost based on type and quantity needed.


Cupcakes:
All cupcakes are standard sized.
(There is a minimum order of 1 dozen on all cupcakes).

Cupcakes topped with Frosting only: $20.00 per dozen.

Cupcakes decorated with icing designs such as frosting dots, drizzles or candy toppers and sprinkles: $25.00 per dozen.

Custom designed cupcakes start at: $30.00 per dozen.

Custom designed cupcakes with fondant start at: $35.00 per dozen.

Gourmet Cupcakes: $35.00 per dozen

Cupcake Flavor options are the same as my regular cakes. Additionally, I offer an angel food cake flavor in cupcake form only, and pair it with my almond buttercream for a “cotton candy” flavor. Colors can be pink, blue or a combination of the two for a true cotton candy look.



Cake Truffles & Cake Pops:
(There is a Minimum order of 2 dozen on both packaging options of regular cake truffles and a minimum order of 1 dozen on Cake Pops).

My cake truffles and cake pops are hand rolled and hand dipped in white chocolate and decorated. You can opt for regular chocolate coating, but keep in mind it can overpower the cake flavors, with the exception of chocolate cake, then it just enhances it. Cake Truffles can be placed in cupcake liners and packaged in cake boxes or they can be individually wrapped to match an event theme and given as gifts or as wedding or party favors. Cake Pops are individually wrapped and on lollipop sticks. They can be packaged as a ‘cake pop bouquet’ or packed in boxes side by side. Flavors and Pricing are as follows:

Pricing:

Regularly packaged Cake Truffles are $30.00 per 2 dozen order.

Individually wrapped Cake Truffles are $36.00 per 2 dozen order.

Individually wrapped Cake Pops start at $24.00 per 1 dozen order.

Cake Pop Bouquets start at $30

Seasonal Cupcake Truffle Gift Boxes come in packages of 8
 and can be customized to suit any occasion.
Each box is priced at $16.00. One flavor per gift box.

"Sprinklets" are Mini Cake Truffles packaged in cellophane bags
 in quantities of 16 per bag. There is a minimum order of 4 bags.
 Each order of Sprinklets is priced at $24.00, ($6.00 per bag). One flavor per order.

“Everyday Cakes”

“Pink Sprinkles” also offers “everyday cakes”. Cost is $36.00 each and serves 22. Pick-up only. Cakes are 4 layers, (with the exception of pineapple upside-down cake, details below), and are about 9 inches in diameter. All orders on everyday cakes are based on availability and a 48 hour notice is required. Flavor selections on these types of cakes are as follows:

Chocolate Fudge:

Chocolate Cake covered and filled with whipped chocolate ganache frosting, topped with even more rich ganache and sprinkled chocolate curls.

Cookies n’ Cream:

Chocolate cake and a cookies and cream frosting, topped with crushed cream filled chocolate cookies and chocolate drizzle.

Grasshopper Cake:

Chocolate cake and green mint frosting topped with chopped Andi’s candies and a chocolate drizzle.

Carrot Cake:

Traditional carrot cake made with fresh grated carrots, shredded coconut and toasted pecans. Frosted with real cream cheese frosting.

Peanut Butter Cake:

Vanilla cake made with real peanut butter, covered in peanut butter frosting. Topped with chopped honey roasted peanuts.

Pumpkin Pie Cake:

Pumpkin cake made with real pureed pumpkin, covered with real cream cheese frosting and graham cracker crumbs lightly sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.


Banana Pudding Cake:

Vanilla cake covered with banana cream frosting and crushed vanilla wafers.


Strawberry Cake:

Strawberry cake made with real strawberries and covered with strawberry frosting.


Coconut Cake:

Coconut cake made with cream of coconut, covered in coconut frosting and toasted, shredded coconut.


Pineapple Upside-Down Cake:

Pineapple cake made with crushed pineapple, with a rich, caramelized brown sugar topping and pineapple slices surrounding maraschino cherries.

**Pineapple Upside-Down Cake comes as a two tier stacked cake as opposed to the 4 layers of the other everyday cake flavors**

Cake FAQ's

**Decorated cakes cannot be shipped.**

Q: What type of products does Pink Sprinkles offer?

A: Pink Sprinkles offers custom cakes personal to your event or party. My cakes can be described as rich and velvety as opposed to airy or fluffy cakes, as in, boxed mix cakes. The difference between the two types of textures has to do with stability. Airy, fluffy cakes absolutely should not be used to make tiered, stacked or sculpted cakes. They simply will not hold up to structure. Making an unusual cake design or a heavy fondant covered tiered cake with a light and airy texture is a recipe for a cake disaster.



Q: Can you use canned frosting?

A: I do not use canned frosting. I make all of my buttercream and ganache frostings from scratch. Canned frosting is soft and oily and unacceptable for use in decorating.




Q: Can you make me a cake and match the store I usually order from?

A: My cakes are not comparable to cakes from large chain stores or wholesale stores. My cakes are fresh and one of a kind. Chain store cakes are typically flash frozen and shipped to the store after being made months ago and decorated as quickly as possible. I can provide you with attention to detail that a large chain store simply cannot offer.



Q: How should I store my cake prior to the event?

A: I recommend refrigerating your cake up to 2 hours prior to the event. Keeping buttercream, chocolate and fondant well chilled ensures the cake structure and design integrity remains stable. I also recommend serving your cake at room temperature. Serving a cake that is cold will be less pleasing to the palate. Typically I would suggest removing it from refrigeration 1.5 to 2 hours prior to serving.




Q: I am having an outdoor event, will the cake be okay outside?

A: When displaying indoors or outdoors always keep into consideration the temperature the cake is being displayed in. Outdoor temperatures in Texas can get rather warm and I cannot guarantee your cake will hold up. I do not recommend cake to be displayed outdoors and doing so will be held at your own risk as cakes are very susceptible to melting and sliding.
